POV
The first post-graduate project, POV is a charcuterie board of different design aesthetics and making methods in an attempt to find a designer's taste.
It is an admission that there is no honest direction or long-term plan, the only constant is a love for making. This exploration veers into up-cycling to ready-to-wear, costume to the avant-garde: a 'mish-mash' of different worlds, channeling the chaos of the average social media feed, a melting pot of pop culture, politics, sport and world events.
It’s a designer who has the jigsaw pieces and is figuring out which pieces go where to complete the puzzle.
Design Process
At the end of each month, I'll be uploading the full journey of each look, from initial ideation through to styling at the photoshoot. To avoid spoiling the reveal on social media, this content will be uploaded here shortly after its social media debut. Come back here soon x
